L'Abbaye Val Notre-Dame

Val Notre-Dame Abbey is an abbey of the Cistercian Order of Strict Observance, built in 2007-2009. It is located at the foot of Montagne-Coupée in Saint-Jean-de-Matha, in the Lanaudière region.
The products are made directly in the Abbey's workshop, to the delight of our customers!
